- A short call: you tell us what you are trying to do, we show you the product doing it.
- We agree what you need and put terms in writing — profiles, seats, features, how long for.
- You are set up. The Pay as you go plan renews by card; Enterprise is invoiced on your terms — PO number, net terms, bank transfer. Free costs nothing.
Worth knowing
- It runs on your own infrastructure. Your conversations never come to us.
- Priced per profile, on a contract we agree together — every tier is issued to a named customer, so there is nothing to check out.
- Bring your IT and security people to the first call; we are used to it.
