We assume no liability for unlawful recording or misuse of recorded content. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless us, our officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of recording features. - Uploading Content
You affirm that uploaded content is permitted and legal. You represent and warrant that: You have the right to upload and share all content; All recordings were obtained legally and with proper consent; Content does not violate any third-party rights; You will not upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
