Refund policy
Last updated 31 August 2026
This page is a starting point covering how the service actually works. Have a lawyer review it before you take real payments.
Your contract comes first
Presponsieve Lite is licensed on a negotiated contract, and that contract sets the commercial terms — fees, invoicing, term, notice, and what happens if either side ends it early. Where it covers a point on this page, it governs and this page does not change it. What follows is our default position where your agreement is silent.
Invoiced fees
Licence fees are invoiced against a signed contract and are payable on the terms it sets. Fees for a term already under way are not refunded pro rata when you decide not to continue — you keep a working licence for the whole term you were invoiced for.
If we get it wrong
If we invoice you in error, or invoice the wrong amount, tell us and we will correct it and credit or refund the difference. If the software cannot be made to work in your environment and the cause is ours, we will agree a remedy with you — that may be a fix, an extension of your term, or a refund of the unused portion.
If we revoke a working licence
If we revoke a licence for a reason that is not a breach of the terms, an unpaid invoice, or the end of its term, we refund the unused portion of the period you paid for.
Evaluations
Where we agree an evaluation or pilot before you commit, its scope, length and cost are set out in writing before it starts. That is the point at which to decide the software fits.
How to ask
Email your account contact, or the address in the footer, and say what happened. Any refund goes back the way the invoice was paid.
